Eye Conditions

Your eyes are the windows to your world.  Take care of them with a yearly eye exam!

Vision correction comes in many forms, nearsightedness, farsightedness, presbyopia, astigmatism and more.  Mud Springs Vision strives to make your vision the best it can be.

Children’s vision is their most important tool for learning.  80% of our learning is taken in visually.  Children can mask problems like farsightedness, lazy eye and more.  Dr. Hazen recommends children get an eye exam before 1 year, and before kindergarten.  There are ways to check vision even on infants!  Bring your children in to make sure they are reaching their full potential.

As we age, our eyes change.  Reading becomes more difficult in presbyopia, cataracts cause blur and glare, macular degeneration can distort your vision, glaucoma will decrease peripheral clarity. Dr. Hazen can manage all of these conditions and more right here in Platte County.

And don’t forget dry eye, no surprise that it is prevalent in Wyoming!

Dr. Hazen is available for eye emergencies.  Call the office, even after hours she may be able to help.  Her expertise of the eye and eye emergencies is unparalleled in Wheatland.
